Beautiful Terengganu

8:42 AM

I actually went to Terengganu early last two month and what's the best part about this trip is all our expenses was on the house, sponsored by none other than Terengganu's tourism itself. It meant for us, a VIP *cough* to promote Terengganu towards our family, friends, partner, mutual friends on social media and the most importantly, to promote our beautiful keropok lekor's state widely beyond Malaysia.

It is a blessing in disguise for me because apparently, on that date itself I got a music festival which I am so keen to attend and waited for month just to reach to the day where I finally get to see live performance of my favorite long lost missing-in-action band. I tell you ah, it was totally a torn decision to make as I really wanted to go this free trip and at the same time I loveeeeee music festivals so much I can't missed even one gig :( but anyhoooo, I finally made my decision after the longest hard thinking-session like hellooo this is once in a lifetime opportunity and screw those rock n roll bands when you get to be pamper by free foods and free accommodation and  Mat dang mu tunggu jodoh mu datang *pack my bag furiously* teehee.

Before we off to Kapas island, first stop is a place called Terrapuri. From what our guide told us,Terrapuri means The Land Of Palaces, it is a conservation and restoration project by Terengganu classic houses. Feature almost 29 hundred years of antique classic house, I bet that as if I drag along our forefather from grave, they will cry their eyes out seeing how much efforts their grandchild has been doing in order to preserved the originality. This house u cannot see anywhere in KL guyssss. Terrapuri sits on the land bordered by South China Sea on one side and there's a Setiu Wetland on the another side. With stunning view of Terengganu's precious islands such as Perhentian, Lang Tengah, Cepu island, Redang and Bidong island. Again.. This is also a view that u KLites cannot see anywhere in your treasured skyscraper forest.

After all the explanation about Terrapuri, a little bit of background history, man's behind the conservation project, a lil bit of this and that. Finally .....

LUNCH !

The dissatisfying fact that I only took foods that in front of me and only ate crab, sotong sumbat *whatever they called in english* and some traditional classic vegetables with budu *some sort of spicy fish sauce*. There's actually a lots of other foods been served but. hmm..So after Terrapuri. Off to Kapas island.

Frankly, this is my first time to Kapas island. This small island never be in my checklist, nahh, not until i saw what Kapas island has to offer. My first thought when i got to the island. Speechless. If anyone ever ask me or wonder how's paradise look like. I'll definitely will say Kapas island is a what paradise looked like.

We arrived a bit late and I am so worn out and not able to shoot sunset at that time. Definitely will repeat my trip here.

All and all, trip was fun. They invited bloggers and socmed influencers. Geezz never know that socmed influencers can get easy money by just being a famous people in internet. So lucky that I live in an internet one-click-at-your-finger era. Must start thinking how can i get easy money by using this privilege.

Until then.. xoxo
